Chocolate Strawberry Overnight Oat Pudding

MAKES 2 SERVINGS
INGREDIENTS
  • 3/4cup rolled oats
  • 1cup plain 2-percent-fat Greek yogurt
  • 3/4cup 2 percent milk
  • 2tablespoons honey
  • 1tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2tablespoons peanut butter
  • 6large strawberries, hulled and sliced
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a food processor, blend oats, yogurt, milk, honey, cocoa powder, and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Divide into 2 containers. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours
  3. Serve cold. Top each serving with 3 sliced strawberries.
