CUPCAKE CONES

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 box cake mix (I used Devil’s Food)
  • 12 oz. diet soda (I used Diet Cherry Pepsi)
  • 16 cake cones
  • Cool Whip Free
  • Sprinkles

Directions:

  1. Mix the cake mix with the diet soda until well blended.
  2. Place the cake cones in a muffin tin and fill them with 1/4 cup of the cake mixture.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees until an inserted toothpick comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
  4. Allow the cake cones to cool and then top them with Cool Whip Free and sprinkles when ready to eat!
