INGREDIENTS

  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix together cream cheese, Splenda, and extracts. Then add eggs and beat until creamy.
  2. Pour into a greased 9-inch spring-form pan.
  3. Bake for 45-55 minutes at 350°F or until cracked and golden brown.
