Caramel Cheesecake Martini

Whoever started this trend of dessert martinis must have been some kind of wizard genius. This Caramel Cheesecake Martini is the perfect answer when you’re equally motivated by a sophisticated sweet-tooth and the desire for something with a little kick!

If you like the sweet, rich and creamy flavor of a cheesecake, but want something a little lighter, more refreshing, and suited to an adult crowd, you will find this Caramel Cheesecake Martini absolutely irresistible! I know I’ll be making these again soon!

1 ounce vanilla vodka
1 ounce kissed caramel vodka
Half & Half
1/2 graham cracker, smashed into crumbs
Caramel sauce
Approximately 1 teaspoon honey
Caramel candies for garnish, optional

Rub honey on the edge of a martini glass.

Roll in graham cracker crumbs until coated well.

In a shaker, combine both vodkas, about 3/4 cup half & half, and a handful of ice. Shake until mixed well.

Immediately pour beverage into the martini glass. Using a spoon, drizzle caramel sauce on the inside of your martini glass.

Add a skewer of two caramel candies for garnish if desired.
