Today I’m sharing a delicious Creamsicle Smoothie recipe which includes cottage cheese. Cottage cheese boosts up your protein levels while keeping the carbs and fats low. Cottage cheese has a high content of casein protein (a longer-lasting protein) which keeps you feeling fuller longer. So not only is this DELICIOUS, it’s quite good for you.



  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (I used vanilla flavor)
  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1 orange, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • Truvia or stevia to taste
  • 2 cups of ice


  1. Place all of the ingredients into your blender and blend on medium speed until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
