- 1cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2/3cup lowfat cottage cheese
- 1/2medium avocado
- 1/2large ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks, and frozen
- 1/2teaspoon vanilla extract
In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
