INGREDIENTS
  • 1cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2/3cup lowfat cottage cheese
  • 1/2medium avocado
  • 1/2large ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks, and frozen
  • 1/2teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
